yes...u may have an issue
As long as you have all the documents in place, they may not ask any thing.
But in my case even though i have submitted all the documents, they asked my wife to get all the original documents just because we got married more than a year back.
They (visa issuing officers) think that the principle applicant is on bench for long time, that is why you have not taken your wife with you.
Also be prepared to give a good reason why is the delay in applying for visa.
