Attendance

as a follow up to the ombudsman's letter i received a letter from a case resolution officer with some printouts from their websites stating again that the nc is pending......

meanwhile the aila liason ppl said its probably clear and they have requested the files to be moved to adjudication area

the aila e mail came on 20th dec and the CRO letter is dated 21st dec......and there was a soft LUD on I-140 on dec 22nd (sat).....so don't know what to believe

have stopped calling uscis .........

collecting SR, Ombudsmans letter etc to be ready in october 08 to file lawsuit if nothing happens by than

well i kept asking my attorney to contact uscis through AILA liason, and she was telling me that the rule is that it has to be 60 days since you last received any information from them (like SR response, infopass, ombudsman etc ) before they can use AILA liason (and her argument was they don't break that rule otherwise AILA lison would not have any pull if they keep making a lot of requests for information)

so after my infopass appointment (last contact with uscis)I called the attorney to mark the date and use AILA lison, if nothign comes up within 60 days.....so thts how she uses the AILA liason....

other than (after the whole saga i wrote in the earlier post above), there ws a soft LUD, on my 485 today......any idea if any of u know what the means..

I am also here just hanging around to see the dates moving forward for EB3 - India. Hopefully, it may open up soon - by God's grace.
