Our case has been approved yesterday and got email at 9:30 PM. I was able to make my and my wife appointment on Tuesday.

Could you tell us what was the code writen in your RFE beside NSC word under the signture?

Hi Slow140485,

Could you please tell us how many days USCIS gives you to response the second RFE? It should be written in the notice. For the first RFE, USCIS gives approximately 10 weeks.

Help

I got a RFE on 23-May-05. (sent by USCIS on 16-May-05). I replied to that RFE by express mail yesterday. Since they asked for many things on the RFE, I couldn't send all the documents requested on the return envelope sent by USCIS. I did the following:

1. Covering letter
2. Original RFE
3. Then all the documents requested (Properly categorized and arranged sequentially)

Since we are sending this to general P.O Box 85251, will they match this reply properly to the RFE (even though the return envelope is not there)?

Can anybody share your experience?

Glad to share that my 485 case has been approved after the RFE. I have updated the tracker sheet with my info.

My 485 approved on 06-Jun-05. Details of RFE are:

RFE sent by USCIS: 05/16/05

RFE response recd by USCIS: 05/31/05

485 AD: 06/06/05.
