Many congratualtions krips99 :) Ofcourse it's a long wait. Looks like it has taken 76 days for USCIS to approve your case, after they received your RFE response (Jan 20).

I'm in the same situation.. already 65 days over, after USCIS received the RFE response. I called USCIS to check on status.. they later sent me a letter stating, they are shortge of manpower who does the security checks and they are working their level best, but cannot gurantee within any particular date the cases will be processed and apologized for the process delay. I think this is a usual formatted letter.. they just change the name deatils and case# details and mail it to the person, who calls USCIS to check on thier status.

this was my second RFE, they received yesterday. Lawyer took almost a month and half to respond to second RFE, it was about employment condition.

They asked for EVL from new employer, attorney sent the letter on April 12th. Attorney only received RFE, I didn't get any copy. It took 5 days to get the information from attorney.

My application dates are close to yours (Nov 2003) except the Priority Date 04/2002
Got the RFE in Jan Responded in March LUD Change for dependant, NO LUD Change for primary, Dont know whats going on?

When was your FP done? My FP was done in April 04

Do we have to wait untill the RD becomes current as they are processing applications from 01/2003?

Had to change job in June 2004 because of layoff. I didn't send any AC21 letter, as I didn't have I-140 yet and didn't want to take any chance.
I-140 AD 03/15/2005. (Luckily no RFE)
RFE Issued I-485 03/31/2005 asked for EVL from present employer.
RFE RD 04/12/2005
LUD changed on 4/12, 4/14, 4/15.
Approved on 04/25/2005 for both primary and dependent. Received email on 26th. These forums helped me lot, I will also keep helping others. Good luck everybody.
