Hi,

First of all I would like to thank Rajiv for having such a wonderful forum where BCIS frustrated people can share their feelings and get important information. Then I would like to thank all volunteers on this forum who have launched excellent projects to give more insight to people like us.

Today only, I saw that our cases(Myself, Husband & son) have got approved.

PD - 11/27/00
ND - 11/17/01
1st FP - 4/30/02
2nd FP 12/4/03
RFE sent - 12/14/03
RFE received - 1/14/04
APPROVED-1/22/04

I'm AC21 case and hired new lawyer to respond RFE. Rest like EADs , I did myself. Like few I also had very little amount in 2001 W2. current salary is higher than LC. Did not mention dates (just years) in Employer change explaination letter drafted by my lawyer.

Will go to san jose for interview and will share experience with you all.
