Guys,
Atlast i got my 485 approved, just received the emails for both me and my wife. Thanks everyone for their cooperation. I will you all good luck.

Here are my case details.
Labor PD 12/31/1999 (substitute)
140/485 EB3 Con ND 12/15/03
140 AD 1/31/05
485 AD 3/14/05
RFE's
02/03 (Birth Cert for wife)
02/18 (medicals for both)
LUD changed 03/10,03/13,03/14

Pls feel free for any additional info

Did you recently applied for 2nd EAD and AP?
Did you get approvals on EAD or AP recently?

Substitute Labor

Based on the above approval, we can conclude that the priority date for cases where substitute labor is being used will remain the same.

There was some discussion on this before. Some people had stated that the priority date for substitute labor cases would be the date of I-140 filing.
If that were the case, the PD for the above case would have to be December of 2003. There is no way the above case would have been approved.
The above approval clearly indicates that the PD remains the same.

Let the debating begin!!
 
Snafu,

U r right ..actually i noticed few other sub cases whose priority date is the original labor date. In my case also its confirmed.

Answer to the other Q
I have applied for 2nd AP and EAD sometime in nov 2004. So that did not triggered my 485 approval. They are working on the PD basis.
