I have an excellent update for those in Atlanta. Last night I received an I-485 AOS Interview Notice. Please see my timeline below. By the way, my status online did not change.

7/27/2005: Day 99 -- FP & Biometric Completed
8/09/2005: Day 143 -- EAD Approved on-line
8/15/2005: Day 149 -- EAD Received (expiration: June 2006)
12/12/2005:Day 203 -– Interview Notice Received (Scheduled for Feb 06, 2006)
 
Oh, one more thing.

My middle name is misspelled on the AOS Interview Letter. Not sure if I should do anything about it. Any suggestions?

Congratulations.

In the interest of economy, I updated one of your earlier threads with my news rather than start a new thread. I also posted the information on ari4u's AOS Timeline thread so that the information is available to all. I got my interview letter yesterday as well.

As far as your middle name, my suggestion is to point it out at the interview so that it will be corrected on the green card.

The only reason I posted a seperate thread is to ensure that people whose cases go through ATL will notice an update. It sure made me feel better to read about everyone's progress.

Just got here and read all the great news for ATL!!! YES!!! well then definetly ATL office is moving, at least for marriage cases/family based.
