Does anybody have Charles Spry-Constituent Service Representative at Senator Miller's office's email address. Its been over a month that I have received a acknowledgement receipt but have not heard anything after that so was planning on sending him a mail today.

Charles.Spry@miller.senate.gov

Let us know what he says. What's your RD again?

Thanks RealCanadian

I have send him a mail. How long do you think he would take to reply?

My RD is July 2001 and ND is August 2001

Charles is usually pretty good if he's got into; within around 24 hours.

No response

Its been over 3 days that I have send Charles a mail but have not heard back.:( Any suggestions what I should do...

I called Charles this morning and he said that Atlanat office has slowed down the processing and now its taking 2.5 years instaead of 2 years and has asked me to contact him again in December

I got a PM today from another forum member (who has posted here) who dropped by Atlanta BCIS recently to get his AP. He spoke to an individual who told him that Atlanta was scheduling interviews for August 2001 cases.

I have not seen anything on my case, and this apparently counter-indicates what you have heard, but it's worth throwing up here to share. Caveat emptor, your mileage may vary, etc. etc.

If the original poster wants to elaborate, he can do so - I don't want to repeat my PMs everywhere (since if he wanted it public he'd say it publicly).
