Atlanta local office wait times for transferred 485?

Does anyone knows the current wait times at Atlanta local office, for 485 cases transferred from Service Centers?

Please let me know. Thanks,

Atlanta Office Processing - May 2001

If your file was transferred to Atlanta District Office with a RD on or before May 2001, you should have received interview notices from Atlanta District Office. IF your RD is in 2002 or 2003, join the club.

We have members waiting for years at ADO, for an interview, with no ray of hope. Check INS site for the processing dates. ADO goes by RD and not transfer dates.

Last week i was reading a thread of a transfer case for West Palm Beach.(DO)

the person says the transfer cases sit in a special queue, it has no connection to RD dates of DO.

1) I know it is by RD, at least in ADO (Atlanta District Office). Numerous cases have proven that point. There is no separate queue for transfer cases.

2) Yes, I am waiting and will probably wait for some more time. There are cases in ADO where interview calls haven't been sent after 18 months of transfer. Mine was transferred 7 months ago and end of the tunnel may well be in a distant future.
 
Atlanta Office sends Interview Notice

Folks,

I have not been part of this forum so far. I had met Feb6361 a few days back and he guided me to join this forum, although in the fag-end of my approval process.

Anyway, today I received the Interview notice from Atlanta District Office. They have asked me to show up on Jun 23 with family members. Here are the details of my case.

SRC01-264-*****
EB3-GA-IND
PD: May 13, 1999
RD: July 27, 2001
ND: Sep 10, 2001
TD: Jan 29, 2004
FP: Mar 11, 2003
2nd FP: May 07, 2004 (I went to ADO on May 03, 2004 and asked for this)

No change of employer or address - straight case.

Hopefully, they have started sending notices to so many of us waiting. Shall appreciate anybody's tips on the Interview process.

Congratulations, Friend. Your case again vindicates my understanding that ADO is going by the RD/ND and not Transfer Date. Officially, they are processing May 2001 cases, but they are actually processing July 2001 cases as well, I guess. All the best for your interview.
