ATL ---After 60 days , no AP, no EAD, what should i do ?

I sent 485, 131, 765 and 130 to chicago 10/22/2005 and got the receipt on 11/02/2005. it has been 60 days and I have not reiceved AP and EAD, I called USCIS today. I was told this 60 days is counted from the day USCIS starts working on my case not counts from the day from the date on the notice. This does not sounds right to me , how should I suppose to know when they start to work on my case ? :confused:

I am in ATL, did any one send the case around same time frame ? Have you received anything?

09 Aug 2005: (Day 143) -- EAD Approved on-line
15 Aug 2005: (Day 149) -- EAD Received (expiration: June 2006)
12 Dec 2005: (Day 203) -– AOS Interview Notice Received (Interview Scheduled for February 06, 2006 at 10:30 am)
06 Feb 2006: (Day 259) -– AOS Interview

I have not rece'd any notice for figure print, should this do before I reicv'ed AP ,EAD, OR after it ?

my case

my NOA is Nov 10, I haven't got anything after that. I called the 1-800 number and I was told to call back on Jan 11, which will be the 61st day after my NOA. Good news, I live in Lee's Summit, MO. I will drive there and wont leave till I get my AP. haha.

see , here is the thing, my NOA is 11/02/2005, add 60 days to that , it was 1/02/2006. I called on 61 days, they told me the way i count is not right. I am wondering if i can go the local office to see if I can get one from there. Anyone has the same expeience?

Who said it only takes 60 days to get your EAD and AP?

Sometimes, for some people, 90 days pass without them receiving anything, that's when one should go to the Local office and get an interim EAD.

The receipt of I-131 says clearly it takes 30-60 days to process. and I called the Lee's summit office and was told the same.

zhm is right, if you read 131 receipt , it says take 30-60 to process .
that is why i called on 61days, however, they say 60days is counting from the day uscis starts working on your case and usics is now working on the case on Ocotber 17th , 2005. I need wait tile Mid- Feb to call......

BS, i will call again tomorrow to see and read the receipts to them....


just want to know if any one actully bring the receipts to local office and get AP from lcoal office? anyone ?

I called today

I called today, and she actually read the whole thing to me ( it takes 30-60 days, blah blah). and she said it is from the ND. well, they always give different answers, but i will call again in one week.
