At what point of N400 is it better to move if have to?

If you move, you have to also call the service center to let them know where you moved or you won't get your mail from them. The AR11 doesn't tell them where to send your most resent mail from them.

Are you planning to move to a different city or within the jusristiction of the particular D.O?
Delays are caused only when you move to a different city as the case needs to be transfered to the new D.O
