Hi All

Cool_card and Danny229 received RFE noticies yesterday 12/11/02 and both have RD of late OCT.

Am I too eager to connect the dots, and jump to conclusions, or has INS "freeze" thawing slowly?

that could be considered as signs of on going "processing". But technically it may not defrosting cuz whats frozen are the "approval"s!

But the INS claims of continuing adjudications may be valid.

That is correct. It is the approval that has been put on hold.

What does it mean?

Continuing processing, but holding approval?
Does it mean that most of the cases are already reviewed and just waiting for a 'go' signal from some other department?

Does it mean, we can see a flood of approvals all of a sudden?

I don't think we'll see a flood of approvals. As they get a green signal from which ever department, they will approve the cases.

IF the FBI/CIA/XXX is holding the results and if they release all of them at once... thats a different issue.
God knows how they work
