My case is approved after long waiting. Details:
PD - Mar99
RD - Jun2000 (yes it\'s 2000)
FP1 - Nov2000
FP2 - Mar2002
RFE - Mar 26th, 2002(Response Received by INS)
AD - Apr 03, 2002

Thanks to this board and guys who encouraged.
Can anybody knows what are the documents required for stamping?

FP Expired

The validity of FP reports is only 15 months.

Called INS, Senator\'s office, etc.

I called INS. Two months ago, I involved the local senator\'s office. INS initially said it will be resolved in 2 weeks and 3 weeks later, they said they will resolve it in 2 more weeks. It just keeps going on and on.

They did get my response to RFE in 12/01.

FP2 - 2/02

What I heard..

Normally where the senator is involved those cases are approving soon. Did you know what reason they are holding? Just keep in touch with senator.

The senator\'s office has no idea yet

It has been 4 weeks since the senator\'s office contacted INS. But nothing has come up yet. Supposedly the office was told that there are no known issues. What is their problem, then? I am so frustrated. My wife and I are living a long-distance marriage for the past year, since I had planned on moving once my GC is approved.
