After 8 months of wait , My I140 is approved... Thank God

I140 (Substitution Labor) EB3

RD : 03/01/02
ND : 03/11/02
AD : 11/05/02

Feb/March/April guys hang in there ... you are the next.....

I have already updated the tracker.

Applying for the I485 in next couple of days...... Papers are already with lawyer , was shooting to use concurrent filling. I guess i will wait for the approval notice to come and then file based on the approved I140.

I heard that EB-1 is always slower now than EB-2 and 3. Is that true? Can anyone comment on it? Mine is EB-1 RD 3/4/02.

I had been observing on this forum.. particularly at VSC they are taking more time in processing Labor Substitutions Cases. A friend of mine had got his Labor Substitution approved from NSC in less than 6 weeks. He is lucky. Good Luck in I-485.
