At Last Approved....

Hello Everybody,

My case got approved on the 12th of March '03. till 2:00 PM today it said the same message online that they received my RFE response on Blah Blah, Checked around 4:30 and it said the case has been approved.

Details :
RD - 8/14/01
ND - 9/21/01
FP - 7/31/02
1st RFE - Nov 5th 2002 - INS Rcvd response - Dec 26th 02
2nd RFE - Jan14th 2003 - INS Rcvd response - Jan 28th 03
AD - March 12th 2003

Wifes case also got approved on 12th March '03

Hang in Guys, slowly but steadly they are approving.

Hope all you guys, especially the July and August RD guys get their approvals soon

I had the first RFE for Employment and BC. Second was for current status, had to send them copies of my two EAD's as my six years on H1 had expired in Dec 2001.
I spoke with the IIO about three times during past four weeks and they told me that the case was assigned to the office on 5th Feb and I should hear something in a few weeks.
Worked for me this time...
