Asylum One Real Rule Exeption Club

Can I argue changed country conditions for the one year rule exception if I was harmed in my country before coming here? Since the time I came here country has took a turn for the worst with more violations.

My friend:
I was in a similar situation, but I regret to say I feel you are not telling us the full story (or may be my lack of understanding). International student offices bend over backwards to help out students. If you feel you were wrongly terminated, go talk to them. They can correct things in the new computer system that schools use to provide info to CIS.
