Asylum Office Arlington

Hi everyone.
Asylum office received my application on May 2, and i got my fingerprints done on May 13, and now i'm waiting for my interview to be scheduled.
Does anybody know how long it usually takes for Arlington Asylum office to schedule interview date?
 
Actually, I just knew that the process is so slow these days, I'm in Anaheim , and this is about 67 days that I'm waiting for interview notification!

I submitted my case to Arlington office. Received the acknowledgment of receipt on May, 1st. Did the fingerprint on May 8th and Im still waiting for the interview notice. I hope they schedule it like before. It used to be around 15 days I guess. Anyways, please update me if you received the interview notice and I will do the same.

Based on what I've heard, the Asylum Officers at the Arlington Office have been sent to the field to conduct credible fear interviews due to an unprecedented surge in cross-border arrivals. My application was received on May 3 and my fingerprinting was completed on May 13 but so far I have not received the interview call. Please let me know if you have heard back or received your interview call. Thanks.

Still Nothing dear bhashmi :(. Thank you for the information. My lawyer sent them an inquiry and no reply to the inquiry as well :(

Nothing. I went to the Asylum Office today. As usuall. All they say that I gotta wait for the leeter in the mail. Very frustraiting!!!!! But i applied for EAD a month ago. And just ve'had fingerprints appointment today. Well I wouldn't be suprised if I would get EADin a six months or so. Eghhhhh....

I hope your experience with EAD would be different and you receive it in time.
 
Still no luck with the interview date....all Arlington office applicants from 2013 please update me!

Tasy and Kamalov.... I am unsure if you guys have had your interview yet or not but I most certainly have not received any interview date from the Arlington office...... it's now been 10 months and still no signs of an interview! Of course, I got my EAD in two weeks; it was very quick but I'd still rather have my interview out of the way.

Please let me know what is the status of your applications and whether you guys have already interviewed or not with the Arlington office?

Thanks for all your supporting words and updates; it really helps to know that there is someone else out there who can relate to what I am going through.

Thanks for the link but I'm already aware of it - I've been following his blog for quite a while now and it indeed has some great insights and details. I am aware of why the delays are happening (had alluded to it in one of my earlier posts too) but was just curious to know if anyone from the 2013 batch has miraculously received their interview date or not (that is from the Arlington office)? Wishing you and everyone else on this forum, and in particular on this thread, the very best of luck!
