I would like to ask advice from those of you who maybe faced this kind of situation .
My cousin's asylum case is pending since may 2007,we sent a letters requesting the status of the application, the only answer was:Your case is still pending.
Then last week we called the asylum office, the lady Operator asked the A# and then she said your asylum was granted since( A few days ago).Unfortunately we haven't received any mail from the officer, so plesae guys what do you think my cousin should do?He was told since his interview that the decision will be a mail-out-service.
We are open to suggestions. thank you
