Asylum Delay problem

Hello all,

I have a question regarding my Political Asylum. On April 21st, 2010 I was in a court and my case has been approved. After that I got an appointment to the federal office to pickup my I-94 in 2 weeks, when I came there, my I-94 wasn't ready yet and clerk said that when it will be available they will send me a notification, I've been waiting for a month and scheduled another appointment for today, but the same story. I am really worry about what is going on. Can you give me any advice? How long does it take to get I-94 after court approval?

It took me 3 months to get my I-94 here in NY after my case was approved in court. So have some patience. I-94 is really not a necessity. You can apply for a SSN if you want with your court approval papers.
