Hello , Im an Asylum applicant


I have this Notice of referal to IJ (immigration judge)
Im Done with the Biometrics (Im clear)

So my question is this is this enough for me to get approved for EAD ?

yes. that should be enough. now you should wait 150 days. once your clock reach 150 days, you can apply for work EAD.

Has your court case started already? If it has, you will have to wait for 150 days to pass. If your court case has not started, you will have to wait for your court case to start so that your clock will start. Then you will have to wait for 150 days to elapse before you and apply for ead.

Yes, after 150 days. The above people have answered your question very well. Just to add on that, if you mess up a little bit e.g postponing the hearing or not showing up, that stops the clock and for it to start again is a nightmare.
