Does any one in this forum know if after an asylee dies his/her soul can go back to the country of persecution?

Does his/her spirit need RTD to comeback to the US?

Any experiences?

Call customer service toll free , also talk to the best lawyer in your area!!!
Make sure to keep all copyes and names.You can request up to 5 papers a year from congressman too!
So , don't warry , like you see a lot of options here.

Are you out of mind or what???? :eek:

Asylee status is indefinitely and you never can come back to your country even if you are death. I recommend you not to come back. But if you do, please be sure to carry with you your death certification to prove to the immigration oficcer at the airport that you can not be killed again in your country because of persecution. :D
 
Are you crazy?

There is an administrative court decision on point. The Board of Immigration Appeals summoned the soul to its chambers and decided to awaken the deceased asylee from his death. It then revoked his LPR status and decided to punish him with death, by [drum rolls-anyone? anyone? Bueller?] hanging!

Hell yeah! As long as him/her had a made up "fake" asylum case and the "home country" conditions changed the next day him/her got GC :p

Absolutely yes,your body can go back home because you're gone.your persecutors won't need you any more.I don't see how they're gonna torture or jail a dead person! A friend of mine who used to be an asylee died last year and his body has been sent home.But they did'nt use a RTD.They used his expired home passport to ship out his body home.The reason why they used his expired home passport is because the home funeral in charge of the case didn't accept a RTD.What I learned from the situation is if you don't have a home passport,your consulate or embassy has a mandatory to issue some home papers to let your body rest in peace in your homeland.

well it appears that some of us will indeed be 101 when we are citizens (see USCIS home page), so I find the topic rather useful and interesting.
 
:) you need to change your address before you travel make sure you have to do it within 14 days good luck. File AR11 and call 1800 number too. Make sure you forward your mail also. you will see lot of people who will help you after death. also you have to file another application of asylum with god. Again good luck.

Yes - your soul will be free.. free to travel anywhere you wish. And it will travel to nebraska to find out the ass-whole that was sitting on your I-485. Then it will travel to your old country. Then you will visit with all those friends and families you left behind. And then you will track the next ass-h0le online - those evil sh1t heads who disrupted your life and threatened it. You will face those dirth bugs, and wish you could, take the power off their hands, tell them off and wring their knecks to eleviate oppression on innocent lifes ... Sadly, you will just sit and watch - you will not be able to do anything, because you will be a spirit. Yak!
