Hi everyone
I need help regarding the asylee relative petition form I-730. I am a asylee who filed asylum from California and got approved. After 2 months of my approval, I filed a I-730 relative petition form for my spouse and submitted the general requirements that they have asked. Now after 3 months they are asking me of additional evidences and I am almost done with them. Now, I currently live in Texas. I've already changed my address. Here I have some questions;
a. Since the service center that I applied from California was Nebraska Service Center, and they have a Texas Service Center, where the Texas residents and other some states residents need to file their applications for. Since I moved from California to Texas with a pending case, where I would be sending my required additional documents to? Is it to Texas Service Center or the Nebraska Service Center? I am bit confused on it.
b. Also, At the time I filed my spouse's relative petition, she was in country A, where we both are from, and now my spouse is in some certain country B and will be studying there for couple of years. So how would I notify USCIS about it, If I do not notify, they would send the visa information for my spouse in country A, where my spouse no longer resides and if she apply from country B, there would not be any visa information available since USCIS didn't send the information to country B.
