asylee left US for some other country's immigration..help

hi all

I entered US as derivative asylee. then got immigrated to some other country after an year. now i want to apply for US visitor visa.
please advise.
should I return my I94 which I still have to US DHS ? will my status in US affect in applying for visitor visa?

I guess you were granted asylum status. Did you get your green card before you left? There is no straight answer to your question, because you are a derivative asylee and not the primary applicant. If your family is still in the states and in status, I guess you stand a higher chance of getting your visa. All the best.
