Can a person who received Green card based on Asylee Derivative status (Father received Asylum status and children got Asylee Derivative status and now have Green card) travel to their Home country?
Any experiences please advise. Thank you.

Any foreigner can seek asylum whether or not they are in the U.S. legally. It is good for children. An asylee is a bit like a refugee. The real difference is where you are when you apply for admission to the United States for humanitarian reasons.

Can a person (a wife) with a green card based on Asylee Derivative status travel to their Home country?
