I am ready to send all the documents for AOS. do you guys know any of the procedures for filling the I602

The waiver can be approved by HIV+ Humanitarian Reassons.
So when I send the I485 I should send the I693 and I602 together?

The I602 would be signed by the Local HEalth Department saying that I am enrolled and of course continue with a treatment here.
Is there anything else besides that I will need to send

I485 (with all that is needed) + I693+I602 is that all? Any of you knows how to fill out the I602?????? there's no intstructinos for that one....

Any of you dealt with HIV+ before?

any suggestions comments, experiences? I do no want to hire a since I have no money for that.

Thanks..

For my relative experience, he filed the I-485 without the waiver and waited till NSC requested for the waiver. His lawyer adviced it that way.

6 months ago he received a RFE with some forms to be signed by the CDC
(Center for Diseases Control and Prevention) I believe... --- along with a doctor's recommendation or something like that... it was a list of documents he needd to do. Then he sent all the documents back to NSC were they sent them to CDC again for a recommendation of immigrant visa approval. Once NSC received the recommendation from CDC, NSC approved his GC 2 months ago.

My relative is coming this week to visit me, I will ask him what exact documents he was asked to do.

send all the documents that are required

If you don't want additional delay for your case, send all the documents that are required. PR cards are being approved relatively fast now, unless you are stuck in name check, and not sending all the documents may delay the process...

Cool Thanks guys I am getting the I-602 filled out today by the health center here in San Francisco, They will sign and stamp the I-602 for HIV+ plus a letter indicating that I am a patient and I am under treatment. so I will send the I-485 with the completed I-693 and the I-602 signed and stamped by the Local Health Department and let's see what happen.!!

And Yes I think is better to send everything at once....

Hey Daniel,

If you need further assistance or just information on obtaining the HIV+ waiver, you can contact Immigration Equality, a non-profit organization that specializes in helping immigrants who are LGBTQ, and/or HIV +. They are based in NYC. They helped me out initially when I was applying for asylum based on sexual orientation.

Good luck!
