Q-1: Is there any connection between asylee adjustment and available visa number for the native country.
Q-2: I changed my employer about 4 months after submitting Biographic Information forms with I-485, Do we need to submit new biographic forms later?

There is no connection whatsoever between asylee adjustment and the "available visa number for the native country." Asylee adjustment is not subject to quotas of any kind.
