Assigned to an Officer

Hello All

I just spoke to an IIO. He told that my case has been assigned to an officer on 05/30/2002. Do you have any idea how long it takes from now on?

Here are my case details

WAC-01-268-5xxxx

RD 07/10/01
ND 08/27/01
FP 02/11/02

The IIO told that they received FP results on 04/23/02 from FBI. ( I dont know what it means). Does it take 2 months to process FP. I thought it was done electronically & immediately.

My friend Gabbar got Approval in less than a week after assignment

Hope for the best. I also called 4th June, IIO said my case was assigned(RD 07/02, ND 08/17, FP 03/06) my guess is before 06/30/02
 
Some have got it in 1 week. Some in 3-4 months or more. Read on

I would say in general the time taken is 1-2 months from assignment to approval.

IIO not providing info on 'assigned to an officer'

RD Sept 2001. I had talked to IIO last week. She said the FP results have come back approved and the case is under further review. I specifically asked her, if the 'case was assigned to an officer' - she said she can't give the info out. So what does this mean? Has anyone come across this?
 
Mine took 1 and 1/2 months(48 days) to get approved after it is assigned to an officer.

 
 
Depends on the IIO

Some IIOs tell about the case assignment, some don\'t, It depends on our luck. I experienced both the cases.

Idiot, you are wasting our time here by posting such useless information out here. Why the hell you need to tell us if you talked to IIO ? Above posting doesn\'t help anyone else here. Who cares if your case was assigned to the officer or Not ?
