Assigned to an adjudicator

Hi,

The last time i inquired thru a senator i got the reply that as of today my application is with an adjudicator. This was 10 days back. What does this means?

It means your case is assigned to the officer who will make a "yay or nay" decision on your petition.

my spouse derivative got a letter in may was advised case with adjucator wait 45 -60 days passed yesterday, no results.

My name check pending got a letter from CIS that sec check is pending

The latest news of my spouse’s case was FP2 done in Nov 2003.

Name Check

I had sent a fax to FBI. they never replied. I guess i have contacted the senators more than once. They would have told me if the name check was pending. Not sure though. LUD is 5/16/04 which is when they updated the Fp results

my case has been w/ adjudicator according to senator since april, when FP2 results were received.... FYI: RD is Feb'02
