Asking for help on filling out the forms

Dear friends,
i am a DV2008 winner. i dont know the answer of questions 10 and 11 in form DS-230 PartI. Actually i have no any friends and relatives in US. Can i write N/A in Q10? how about Q11? i have no idea about the place in US to issue my card (Q11). Can i leave the Q11 blank as well?

As much as i know u can provide the embassy by that info later(at the time of ur interview) and u can write N/A Yet at the moment.
even u can give the address at ur POE(point of entry) at the time of ur enterance to US but u'd better to tell them about it at ur interview.
by the way r u Iranian because of ur ID(naserjuun) i mean?

Thank you for your reply. Yes i am iranian, but unfortunately i am not the winner. i am applying for my Japanese girl friend. She is the lucky one.
Anyway, you meant it is allright to write N/A in Q10 and Q11 at the moment?
