I was told by my friend one can go on to self employment and continue working in HPSA? as a independent company for ex:"Medical Associates Inc"
and you(I) will be director and employee with your secretary and all earnings can go into that company name and you get paid (by youself)??
if that is true: is there a format for contract ?( so that I can modify tax returns)
