Hey guys

as i mention above i am asylum seeker waiting for my interview with EAD + restricted SSN , can i start my own business

as LLC company .

I believe you can. Business registration is very easy and practically everyone can do it. Foreigners or citizens doesn't matter, while your status is pending you are foreign national and you register business as foreign national. When you get status you must notify county office.

But it's better to consult with lawyer, once you have your EAD card how you are going to be taxed that's question as foreign national or pay taxes here.
