Currently I am a asian country citizen and i won the green card lottery 2011. im expecting my interview in may. in end of june i wanted to be in a europe country for a wedding.in this case what should i do??
backround info:
im a student and in order to get the in-sate tution fee feature i wanted to get into US asap, so i wish to travel US immidetly after my interview, in that case i can get the europe visiting visa from the europe country embassy in my country(its difficult to get it in US bcz of the employers letter, asset details, etc required by that embassy)

and my quetion is
as i can enter to USA in may how long it will take to get my green card??
and when i leave USA (within a week) with the visting visa of that country, is it possible to re-enter to USA without the green card. im expecting stay in that country for one and half month. (but still im a LPR as i already enter to US)

Once you enter the U.S. your passport gets stamped and you are considered an immigrant (lawful permanent resident or LPR) your immigrant visa plus the entry stamp (I-551 stamp) will serve as a temporary greencard for up to a year. The actual physical plastic card comes around one month after entry.

Your LPR status in the U.S. would probably help you get a visa to most any European country.
