Good article. It is is interesting to see that "good faith"
clause in which INS requires an EB immigrant to attempt to work for the sponsoring employer in good faith. The point is that most of
us who work for the sponsoring compnay and get laid off or the compnay
shuts down because of the current recession have still shown good faith!!! We would have continued to work for that compnay if it werenot for the present situation!!!!
