I had applied for a GC for my brother and his family. All paperwork is done and they will be arriving in the US in the next couple of months. His son is in college and cannot come at the same time as the rest of the family.
My question is: Is there a problem with my brother and part of his family coming first and his son coming at a later date? Or do they all need to come at the same time.
