Gurus,

I was arrested for selling beer to a minor while I was working in a gas station during my collge days (F1 visa)
In my 485, I did put all the details.
Since I was not allowed to work during that time, would this affect my GC process in any way.

Please let me know of any options I may have.

dude, u need to talk to ur lawyer about this. this is serious. Ur arrest will remain on records.
 
what was the charge?. It affects only if it is Felony. But immigration lawyer will be the right person to answer. Don't get misleaded here.

Actually it is not only Felonies that could affect your AOS but also, cases of moral turpitude which covers a wide gamut of cases.

Definitely recommend you speak with your attorney on this as it is way more serious than the usual stuff we receive here.
