I got in trouble in 2001 with arest for trasspasing and FVPA assault. The person I allegedly assaulted lied to Police officer that I scermed at her and that she was my girlfreind.
While I was in jail (2 days) she came to police station and addmited that I did not asulted her. :D
On court heraing judge said that he is willing to drop FVPA asault and 2 days served to be my sanction for trasspasing. It is something called " plea bargain"
I got 6 months of unsupervized probation as a finl measure and I complited it.
NOw I ma applying for PR trough my wife who is a US citizen.
Should I we woried and what shooud I do to prepare for eventual interview?
Thanks to everyone.

You should disclose the arrest. The question on I-485 forn asks whether you've been arrested, cited, imprisoned for breaking any law.. etc. Since you were arrested and imprisoned, you should answer yes. Then explain it in detail what happened and what the result was. Also, provide any documentation & release papers from the court and if it's a misdemeanor, it shouldn't be a problem. But make sure you consult an immigration lawyer.

I did disclose on my I485 and I wrote short description what happen' at that time.
My worry is that even I was not convicted I been told that thay may make me a problem with this matter. It is in process of expunging from my record and I have proff that I have been a good citizen( letters from 15-20 importnant members of comunity including couple police officers and governor of my state.) Do you think that this may help or not? Or any other advice would be greaty aprichiated.
Thank you!

It is very important that you told them what had happened. Also, if they ask you for an interview, make sure you also tell them everything. I don't think you could do anything to change the past.
