Got there at bat 645 AM and there were about 100 people ahead of us, got the number at 815AM and was finally called to the counter after waiting for 4.5 hours!!!
There was just ONE counter that was processing 485 cases, the other counters were doing something else. It took approximately 10min to process each case, so depending on your number, I strongly suggest taking a walk to the mall behind the INS office, etc. Some guys even went home and came back 2 hours later!
The officer took the original 485 notice and the photographs. She did not ask us for our work permits, parole papers or anything else.
I guess after waiting for eternity for 485 to be processed, this was just another one.......
Cheers
