let me try this way...anybody who filed AOS at the Arlington Va Office? just to have an idea on waiting time ( I filed 01/02 and got my interview 12/02 ) still waiting..
 
I filed...in May 2003. I have not received anything yet. Not even a notice. How long did it take until you got a notice?

Or the first sign of life from Arlington...

I filed I-485 at Arlington Office based on marriage to a USC.

File Date: 05/2001
Interviewed: 03/03

Still waiting for final approval.
 
No, I'm waiting for the clearance result, no appoval yet and no stamp.

I Did receive a letter for fingerprint in April 2003 because my previous ones were unclassifiable. But since I'd been fingerprinted twice already, I submitted police clearance in person instead. The officer told me the clearance usually took three to six months after the interview.

I guess it might take longer at this office. A friend of mine got interviewed in mid-December and still didn't receive the approval at least up until early July I guess.

Waiting for final stamping or whatever follows.
It seems like everyone has to go thro' this new additional security check.

Any news as to current processing delays?

I have filed AOS for my wife on May 03 in Dallas office, I have not received any thing (not even the notice..). I do not know how long we need to wait just get the receipt notice. So it looks like all over same situation..

Well, 10 days passed, and no signs yet.

I also posted in a usenet group. Got a few replies, they are all in the same boat. No signs.

I think I will pay a visit at the end of August.
I have an address change in the package, so
that will add to the fun for sure..


I wonder what are they doing..
Must be something new, high tech. (right)

No sings... Terrible

I mailed for my parents to Arlington at the end of Sept. 2003.
They cashed the check two weeks later.
I have got nothing yet... for 6 months.
Heard that they do not send even receipts.
Please post timeline if you are in the same situation.
I don't know what to do at this moment.
Any idea?
