Arlington,name change,court date

My wife just passed her N-400 exam on April 10 and she would have been sworn in the same day if it wasn't for her name change. They told us that we have to wait to receive a letter for court appointment day.

Does anyone has had similar process in Arlington and could shed some light on the waiting time?

Sorry to hear that your wife has to wait a bit more.

But, could you confirm that the Arlington District Office offers the same-day oath ceremonry following the interview, so long as you don't have name change?

Also, could you provide me the time line of her application? Receipt, Finger print, interview, etc.

Application Recived Date: 02/17/2004
Application Notice Date: 03/08/2004
Finger Print Date: 05/04/2004
Interview Notice Date: 02/28/2005
Interview Date: 04/19/2005
Awaiting court date for name change and oath........

Did your wife get oath date? I am also in same case at Baltimore. Name change and waiting for oath.
