Hi All,

I am creating this thread to keep track of the Arizona cases, the trend and approvals. Please post your case status here for Arizona cases.

EB2, Non RIR
PD: Dec 02
RD: Feb 04
45 Day letter: Didn't receive.

Do you know of any one with PD in 2002 and who havent received their 45 day letter??

If I can predict then I would be the god among the forums but I can take a shot.
I am hoping and expecting to get my 45 DL within the next two to three months and my LC 4-5 monhts after that. So in the worst case 6-8 months from now and I would think that you would receive much earlier than mine.
You can expect your LC to be approved anytime soon but the catch is you will get your letter2-3 monhts after it is approved ( atleast it looks like that as of now). They are taking 2-3 months to post the LC approval letter after geting it certified.
So my suggestion is to wait until the end of september.

Congrats san,

I suppose you are from arizona. was your case in dallas or philly?? Looks like currently RIR is being processed and non of the TR's have started for arizona.
