Do you all believe that we just wait and watch for any miracle...

Any one know by any chance any Immigration reforms pending in house.

Miracles don't happen by prediction...they just happen.
Well, There was hope which was kicked out it recent senator discussion.
Currently we all are hopeless about increase in VISA numbers.....lets keep track if anything happens in future!!

Let me put it this way:

If some new legislation (like McCain-Kennedy) doesn't get passed, EB3-India is fucked so bad that everybody with PDs after April 2001 (including yours truly) should be looking at atleast 7-10 years wait from today...no exaggerations.

I can't understand this 245(i) delay. Why haven't they thought about this last year? They have approved tons of EB3 last fiscal year. Why all the sudden 245(i)? By some way this 245(i) cases goin to stuck (say, finger print, name check, company check, etc., etc,.), will USCIS wait for another 10 years to finish all this and then start to approve after April 01 cases? This is unbelievable. The system won't work that way. What do you think guys???

There is still no guarantee to get GC approval after 10 years... System does not work but USCIS works this way and expect the same onward.
Those who have current-PD are in pending status because of "various checks", those who have gotten cleared from "Various Checks" are in pending status because of retrogression and or visa unavailability. Is there any other direction that we could think about? Yes.. Delay
A few months ago, a friend of mine died of sudden heart failure, waiting last 11 years to get GC but failed.

Enough with all this dark pessimism. Life is not over. If you really want something you will get it. Stop speculating with something you know nothing about. Just because you are pessimist you do not have to spread your weakness over to others.
