Are we going to let INS screw us more than they already have?

Initially we were all excited about the new bill which would give us freedom from this painful process. However I am extremely angry at the fact that there was no movement in Priority Dates and no regulations/guidelines on section 106(c) of AC21 which is allowing job change after 180 days. I have no hopes left that over the next few months anything miraculous will happen !

The bill was passed on Oct 17th and if INS is going to take the next 6 months to come out with regulations this is totally unacceptable.

Folks are we just going to wait and watch or do something about it?

ISN seems to be gathering volunteers and support so that they can talk to the Congressman who included the ISN agenda in the bill. We should all give our full support.

I think those who filed 485 between last Oct and this Mar (India and China) are hold as hostage by INS. They just want to get more overtime
money from congress. But should we believe that things will get much better after we experienced the previous application fees increase?
