Are they processing July FP2 cases now??

Just wanted to know..Any speculations?? ..Can I start checking emails every hour or should I retain the speed of 10 times a day???!!!

No one can really predict it. I would check it once in a day. How does it really matter even if you get approved in the middle of the day and you don't notice it till end of the day. I am desperately looking for GC approval to get close to Citizenship so that i can sponsor my parents to stay peramanently in USA and also getting eligibility to work in Security Clearance related jobs.
 
well ...... my LUD changed rapidly and now everything is so quite. Still waters run deep... lets see .. FP2 = 7/7

FP2 : Jun, 2004
3rd EAD, AP AD : Aug 04 ( got it in 10 days from the day of filing )
LUD : Jun 04 ( after II fp )
 
Guys:

When you say your FP2 like 7/7, does it mean the date you finished FP2 or the date VSC received your FP2. Thanks.

The date the FP2 was finished. LUD change (if atall) indicates the date VSC received your FP2.
 
I had my FP2 July 2004. My RD is July 2002. Still waiting.

Cinta had his FP2 July 30th and was approved on 08/17.......so let's hope they are looking into July FP2's
 
I am in the same situation guys, just crossed my fingers and waiting... My LUD changed for 2 days and stopped..

my FP2 was scheduled for 6/18 recieved the letter late thus re-scheduled it for july 7th.

I called FBI and they told me that they got my FP2 on 7/7/ and sent them to USCIS the same day. however the LUD changed on 8/10 the first time after FP2.

bottom line : there is no specific pattern for LUD. Past observation tell me to expect something soon. from 10 days to 4 - 5 months. RFE / Approval / Transfer to Local office. finger crossed :)
