yes very frustrating for EB2s i must say
EB2s seem to have been left out of the I-140 approval bonanza at TSC which now extends till Nov 2004. Any ideas.???

yes look at immigrationwatch.com
immigrationwatch.com says that 20% Nov 2004 TSC I-140 have already been approved. Overall for 2004 i think the approval is 32%.gc_raja said:Do you know any Nov, 04 cases which are approved???

Why can't the officers divide the work with in a given month and complete all cases before progressing for next month.
I know it is very frustating to look at a random approvals. There is big range from Aug,2003 to Nov,2004 EB3 I140 cases are being approved in Jan,2005.
Anyway, TSC is doing much better now a days. If you look at overall progress TSC made in last 3 months, you will be impressed and you can raise and keep-up your hopes.
