Are there June/July 2003 filer still waiting?

Called my attorney just now, learned that the inquiry sent on 02/14/05 has not been replied. According to my attorney, the delay is caused by security check. (Surprise!!) Anyway, he said USCIS acknowledged that and plan to do something about it.
 
Plan to something about it ??? Man...INS must be kiddin.... :D :D
