Long time since I had a conversation wuth you .
You must have seen my earlier thread, I have received a RFE for Employment letter; one thing funny is that they have asked for Employer's Intention for continuing my Employment..
this seems new.. , 3 Recent Pay stubs, Date of Employment,duties and Remuneration.
anyway, the Response have been sent on Friday and now the waiting starts again.
I read in Sheela Mutrthy's site that they are very interested in the Salary aspect and want to see if the Present salary matches the one in Labor... and that they view it seriously if the Current Remuneration is Lower than in Labor.
So much for the whims and fancies of INS.

Don't worry, your case will see daylight soon and I wish you a speedy APPROVAL.

Can you please attach the format of your 'Employer's Intention for continuing your Employment' letter. I am just curious. If I get such a RFE I can be prepared for it. I have changed jobs after 10 mths. My salary is slightly higher than labor. I shouldn't have any problem. But, still I am kind of nervous.
