Are the borders open 24 hours/day? can we land anytime of the day?

I am planning to land this month and will drive to Canada through the Rainbow Bridge and come back through the bridge at Buffalo. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

You will have no problem and landing through Rainbow bridge is a good idea.They have the most experience people among all the borders in buffalo.
I would recommend you to land by 10 pm as it has lots of advantages.
Yes the border, customs are open 24 hours.
 
Which POE is better coming backing to the states?

It does nt really matter ..
Rainbow is more fun ..you can gamble a lil bit in Canada
in casinos before u get back.
