Are T-number and P-number nearly identical?

Hi everyone,
I have a quick question. Are t-number and p-number for the same LC identical (except of course for 't' & 'p')? Or are they completely different?

Thanks,
Gravity

Yes they are identical. A T number is assigned during incomplete data entry stage. On completion of the data entry stage, the T number changes to either P (fo PBEC) or D for (DBEC).

Thank you manwithnoname.
