are photos at Costco good enough for OCI?

I got my pp photos at Costco.
My kid's face is small and it does not look to cover 80% of the photo area.

Is it OK to get the photos at Costco at the US PP specifications or any recommandation on the photos.

I am not very good in software/website some people have posted and want to get them done at a store/facility.

No clue what Costco prints but if they say its Passport size photo than you should be good to go otherwise you got couple of options:

1) Walgreen - paid
2) AAA - free (if you got membership)

As I said my kid's face is small and it does not take 80% space on the photo ( as per the specifications).
Shoudl i ask Costco to take a bit close up?

She at costco told me that she took the photo as she would take for US passport.
