Are people still getting FP notices in the last two days?

I dont see anyone posting abt getting FP notices? Have they stopped?

I\'m so frustrated

ND 4/10, Wife received FP notice 2 weeks ago but not me although I am primary applicant. My last name starts with \'L\'. I am so frustrated at the CSC last name rules. As long as they issue ND, why can\'t they just issue FP notice based on ND? Instead of that, they use Last name\'s first letter. This procedure cannot gurantee people who filed earlier got approval earlier. It just created more confusion and unfairness. No wonder their processing time is so unpredictable.
